Our Story
A cozy neighborhood bar sitting at the top of Cincinnati’s historic Mt. Adams. The Hilltop is where you can settle in for craft cocktails, local beers, and late night food with the kind of atmosphere that feels like home the moment you step through the door.
Rob and Brittany took over The Hilltop in 2023, each following in the footsteps of their grandparents. Brittany grew up watching her family run The Main Event in Delhi. Rob’s grandfather owned several bars in Fremont, Ohio through the 90s. Hospitality is in both of their blood and building a place that takes care of people is what brought them together.
Their shared passion for serving others and their drive to create a bar that truly belongs to the neighborhood led them here. The goal has always been simple — great hospitality, affordable drinks, and good late night food in a place where everyone feels welcome.
