What kind of events can I book at The Hilltop?
Birthday parties, wedding after-parties, grad parties, corporate hangs, watch parties, holiday parties — if it brings people together in Mt. Adams, we’ll make it happen.
How many people can The Hilltop handle?
Most private groups fit great in the 25–75 guest range, and full buyouts allow for even larger events. We’ll help you set up the perfect layout.
Do you offer full buyouts?
Yes. You can reserve a semi-private area or take over the entire bar. Full buyouts give you full use of the space and our staff.
How does food work for private events?
All food must be pre-ordered before your event. We don’t offer à la carte ordering for parties. We’ll build the right mix of wings, fries, tenders, or Ghost Kitchen pizzas for your group.
Can we decorate?
Yes — light decorations are welcome. Balloons, centerpieces, themed touches. Just nothing that damages the walls or requires tools.
What about music? Can we play our own playlist?
You’ve got options:
• TouchTunes is always available (standard app charges apply).
• Our house music system can run your playlist for a small private event fee.
We’ll help set the vibe either way.
Is The Hilltop 21+?
Yes — all guests must be 21+ unless we approve an exception in advance.
Where do people park?
Mt. Adams has plenty of street parking and several paid lots nearby. All within an easy walk to the bar.
Do you require a deposit?
Large groups and full buyouts usually require a deposit. Smaller groups may not. Once we know your details, we’ll outline everything clearly.
How do I lock in my event?
Fill out the inquiry form with your date, time, headcount, and event details. We’ll reply quickly with availability and next steps.
